Job Description :

* Handle full sets of accounts for 2 SMEs
- Accounts payables
- Accounts receivables
- General ledger
- Maintain fixed assets register
- Bank reconciliation
- Petty cash
* Prepare quarterly GST submission
* Prepare monthly staff payroll
- includes processing staffs' expenses claims
* Prepare monthly CPF submission
* Prepare monthly OED submission
* Prepare yearly closing of accounts for audit / tax purposes
* Prepare yearly IR8A and AIS submission
* Liaise with auditor / company secretary for accounts or other corporate matters
* Filing and other general admin duties
Requirements :
----------------------
@ Proficiency in Microsoft word and excel
@ Knowledge in MYOB and Financiao Payroll will be an advantage
@ O / A / Nitec / LCCI / Diploma Holder
@ Work 2 to 3 days a week
@ Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience
