Responsibility:
a) End-User IT Resources
i. Monitoring of the desktops/laptops leasing schedule for various subscriptions;
ii. Tracking of IT Equipment due for technology refresh;
iii. Tracking of IT Equipment for incoming/outgoing officers;
iv. Monitor and coordinate the deployment/collection of IT Equipment for incoming/outgoing officers;
v. Monitor leasing billing and verification.
b) WOG Services Administrative Support
i. Raising of Service Requests;
ii. Monitor leasing billing and verification;
iii. Monitor the software packaging and deployment status.
c) IT Asset Management
i. Manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB);
ii. Receipt of assets delivered;
iii. Handover of assets to AFM for IT Resource provisioning;
iv. Monitor the utilisation of hardware/software/licences;
v. Assist in assets disposal;
vi. Asset Tagging.
d) General Support
i. Preparation, sending and uploading of advisories/announcements;
ii. Administration of mailbox (handling of standard queries e.g. about tech refresh, printer, token replacement, etc);
iii. Sourcing for small value purchase peripherals;
iv. Testing of IT Services;
v. Physical Keys management;
vi. Any other Ad-hoc duties when required.
e) Mobile Devices Support
i. Preparation of Mobile Devices;
ii. GoMAX provisioning;
iii. Apple/Google accounts creation;
iv. GoMAX forms filling and submission;
v. Mobile OS upgrade and Software Installation/Uninstallation;
vi. Monitor the various services billing and verification.
