• Liaise with local and overseas suppliers.

• Prepare monthly project reports and make presentations at meetings.
• Support negotiations of claims, manage contractual changes and resolve disputes or conflict resolution with Contractors.
• Assess and prepare claims from suppliers.
• Ensure project members use the contract correctly.
• English speaking, writing, and reading required.
• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Understanding of procurement process, Good Communication Skills

Responsibilities

● Assist in the preparation of sales agreements, invoices, bilings, and documentation for sales and

financing transactions.

● Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record

keeping and filing duties.

● Assist in scheduling of workshop appointments by coordinating and liaising with customers.

● Contact customers to respond to inquiries and folow up with existing customer cases.

● Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Skills Required

● Minimum O/N level holder.

● Minimum1 year experience in a customer facing role.

● Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries by providing timely and accurate quotations, ensuring follow-up to convert inquiries into sales
• Manage client communications, resolve queries and concerns swiftly to uphold excellent service standards
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions and trade shows, including overseas events. Manage booth setup, engage with potential clients, and collect leads to support sales efforts
• Support the preparation and submission of tender documents. Collaborate with various departments to collect necessary information and ensure compliance with tender requirements
• Maintain precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to ensure data integrity
• Manage additional administrative tasks as assigned
