Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant (Operations) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations Management:

1. User Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document user requirements for the core banking system. Conduct workshops and interviews to understand user needs and expectations.
   
2. Business Impact Analysis (BIA): Write and document the current (as-is) processes to understand existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.
