Job Descriptions:
• Assist Project Department personnel with admin support.
• Assist submission on technical clarifications and method statements.
• Assist to coordinate with project team members, vendors and sub-contractors.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on design deliverables to ensure smooth flow of documents.
• Coordination and communication between HQ and Project Teams.
• Assist with sourcing and ordering of project materials.
• Assist Director with scheduling and personal matters.
• Data entry
• Assist with onboarding of new workers
Job Requirements:
• Minimum simple Autocad knowledge
• Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience
• Able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to commence work immediately or short notice.
