· Oversee the HR department of the organization;
· Responsible for the full spectrum of HR duties which includes:
(i) HR Planning;
- Manpower planning, benchmarking and optimization
(ii) Employee Attraction;
- Employer branding
- Industry networking
- Job analysis and evaluation
- Recruitment, selection and onboarding
(iii) Workforce Development;
- Career development and competency framework
- Learning needs analysis
- Learning and development
- Performance management
(iv) Workforce Engagement;
- Compensation and benefits management
- Conduct and behaviour management
- Workplace safety and health
- Staff welfare
- Employee relationship management
- Labour relations management
(v) Employee Separation;
- Voluntary and involuntary exit management
- Retirement and re-employment management
(vi) General HR Admin and Management;
- Compliance with relevant regulations, policies, SOPs and good practices
- Administer HR related grants and funding
- Serve as Data Protection Officer for HR Dept
- Provide HR advisory, perform analytics and draw insights
- HR Management Systems
- Technology integration
Job requirement
· A degree in any discipline with at least 10 years of working experience in the field of HR. Candidates with a graduate diploma, degree or other professional certifications in HR will be advantageous;
· Good interpersonal skills to engage multiple stakeholders;
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
· Ability to display good listening skills and to communicate with all levels of employees with empathy;
· In-depth knowledge of Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and HR best practices;
· Supervisory experience is required for this role.
