This position will be reporting to the Team Leader in the warehouse, this position will be responsible to pick and pack

goods in order of priority and maintain locations of parts in the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

· Receive, store, pick and issue materials accurately

· Pick or put away stocks/materials to or from storage bins

· Handle and sort materials

· Verify physical stock against documentations

· Perform cycle-count; receive indirect materials on behalf of end users

· Perform housekeeping of warehouse or production store facilities

· Upkeep and maintenance of materials handling equipment

· Observe and comply with standard operating procedures

· Observe and comply with warehouse health & safety guidelines

· Operate cross functionality across the whole warehouse functions.

Requirements:

· Min ‘O’ Level / N-Level / Nitec with certificate, Diploma is an advantage

· Physically fit a must, able to lift up from 15-25kg.

· Possess forklift license is an advantage

· Able to operate equipment such as reach truck, pallet jack

· Able to support AOG services

· Possess Basic Microsoft Office skills

· Candidates with relevant hands on experience will have an added advantage

· Able to handle different systems and processes related to different distribution channels

Job Descriptions:

· Ensure the IT systems, facilities and security is of the highest standards and in good working order at all times to facilitate staff work and student learning

· Liaise with external vendors on facilities and/or IT related projects

Job Requirements

· Experience in PEI preferred in a similar capacity is preferred

· Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial capacity

Organised and result oriented

• Handling full set of accounts, consolidation for multiple clients including preparing management fees computation and calculating NAV.
• Knowledge and experience in preparing and reviewing management accounts.
• Prepare and review unaudited financial reporting statements in compliance with the latest SFRS and assisting with XBRL filing.
• Familiar with FRS 109, 115, 116
• Prepare and review GST submission for every quarter, as well as handling GST queries from IRAS (if any).
• Proactively liaising with all private bankers, our corporate clients and internal staff regarding the queries of fund transactions made and requesting all the accounting documents related, i.e., investment portfolios, statement of accounts and transaction advice.
• Perform additional ad-hoc work assigned
• Experience in doing Single Family Offices accounts is preferred but not a must.

Job Responsibilities / Duties

• Identify and sort materials which are suitable for recycling, shredding process, and incineration process.
• Sort materials at the warehouse facility; unpack bulk-pallets from bulky packaging, deposit materials into bins and activate bin-lifter for material shredding process.
• Identify materials which require incineration process. Consolidate these materials to be transferred to Incineration Plant.
• Remove recyclable items, i.e., card boards, plastic containers, and metals, and consolidate recyclable items at designated recycling bins.
• Monitor and report operational faults of shredder, motors, and control system.
• Perform daily safety checklist and maintenance checklist.
• Perform daily housekeeping of work area.
• Keep daily Logbook of Incoming Pallets and Outgoing Pallets.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies as directed.
• May be required to handle potentially bio-hazardous materials and must ensure that all activities are completed in a safe and efficient manner.

Job Purpose

You are required to provide underwriting support for all product lines in New Business Underwriting (NBU)

The Job

· Underwrite new applications for life, accident & health and long term care proposals

· Lead a team of underwriters, countersign their work and provide guidance to them

· Provide underwriting advice & support for financial planners through e-booking, emails and phone calls

· Provide critical liaison and build strong business relationship between NBU and distribution channels

· Conduct underwriting training for distribution channels

· Project management, e.g. reviewing underwriting guidelines, reviewing & streamlining work processes to support business operations

· Ensure all department KPIs are achieved

· Continuous Customer Engagement: to keep the financial planners updated on a continuous basis throughout the assessment of new business applications - through phone calls, emails and meetings (if required). This would include sharing details of the queries raised, possible options to expedite case closures and for postponed or declined cases. To ensure that we proactively engage with the financial planners and provide best in class customer service.

· Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate the risks

· Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company

· Highlight any potential concerns/ risks and proactively share best risk management practices

Our Requirements

· Degree with at least 8 years’ experience in underwriting Life, Accident and Health risks

· Non-degree holders who have relevant experience or certification in underwriting may be considered

· Good team player with strong analytical skills & ability to work under pressure

· Good interpersonal and communication skills
