Key Responsibilities

• Provide tickets entering, billing/invoice and other daily desk matter support for the team
• Provide pricing, brokering and sales services to our clients in Mainland China and Singapore
• Business development into the Mainland China market
• Calculate dealing prices in accordance with Company pricing policies
• To develop business relationships for the Company by socializing with customers and prospective customers outside the workplace when required
• Partake in on-job-trainings to efficiently become a full-fledged broker
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the respective Managers

Requirements

• Fluent communications in English and Mandarin Chinese is required
• Outgoing personality
• Strong business development interest
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
• Any customer service / sales / financials experience is a plus
• Fast learner with strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
• Preferably quick-witted and numerically inclined
• Good team player
• Good tolerance for stress in a fast-paced environment
