Some duties include but are not limited to:

• Assisting the Restaurant Manager in implementing and developing of training programs.
• Take and schedule reservations, greet and coordinate the seating of guests.
• Recognise the regular guests and highlight to the Restaurant Manager about the particular guest’s preferences.
• Promote the Restaurant by establishing a loyal and regular customer base, maintaining a regular customer database and personalising customer service.
• Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, the maintenance of furnishings and equipment and the proper set up of in the Restaurant and connected areas or pantries.
• Participate in monthly physical stock take of the Restaurant, including but not limited to glassware, plate and crockery.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of professional secretarial and administrative support to Director and Chief Operating Officer;
• Manage daily calendar, organizing and scheduling appointments, arranging trips & schedules, assist in meetings and taking detailed minutes;
• Closely liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations;
• Assist in HR operations and handling HR-related administration duties;
• Provide general office administration support, such as repair and maintenance, office renovation etc.;
• Assist in organizing company events & functions and perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline with 2-3 years’ working experience;
• Well-organized, details-oriented, responsible, flexible with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with good time management;
• Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written;
• Good at MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
