• Assist with recruitment activities across both offices (Chinatown & Funan), e.g. shortlisting of candidates with hiring divisions, logistical arrangement and conduct of interviews, requesting for documents for candidates, engaging candidates for preliminary assessment, engaging hiring divisions on selection decisions etc;

• Assist with sorting, scanning and filing of documents and creation of employee personnel files; and

Join our client, a fast-paced, international consulting firm as an Assistant Finance Manager, where you will play a key role in financial reporting and consolidation for the region, preparation of quarterly schedule and variance analysis review of the local offices.

The Role

The Assistant Finance Manager will oversee the regional financial close process, managing the consolidation and reporting for monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes. This includes reviewing financials at the regional and country levels, conducting variance analyses, and ensuring the accuracy of Balance Sheet reconciliations, including Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting. Your Profile

The ideal candidate will hold a CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification, with 6-8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a Big Four firm, followed by a finance role within a multinational corporation. A strong grasp of US GAAP and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act is essential, along with excellent analytical skills and a proactive, curious mindset. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial, as the role involves collaboration across functions and cultures throughout the Asia Pacific region. Proficiency in Excel is required, and experience with business intelligence and consolidation tools (such as Hyperion or Business Objects) is preferred. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
