The Job:

1. Help create and maintain a child-centred, homely therapeutic community that is responsive to the developmental needs of clients, where clients are enabled to grow holistically, work towards emotional stability and develop their full potential.

2. Familiarise oneself with the background, treatment plan and daily progress of all clients and help implement their treatment plans.

3. Provide individualised care and supervision of 1 - 2 CYPs, supporting the Supervisor/ Social Worker/ Psychologist/ Head of Dept in the intervention programmes carried out in the residential, school and family settings.

4. Conduct one face-to-face session (at least ½ hour) with their assigned CYPs every week, using therapeutic approaches and other intervention strategies such as OT and Positive Behavioural Plans.

5. Carry out the daily operational duties and supervise clients in their regular activities such as having their meals, going to school or attending programmes run by the SGC, and participating in these activities with the clients where appropriate.

The appointee will support the Student Finance Team on student enrolment matters.

Responsibilities:-

• Verify and review finance documents and ensure that submissions are complete and accurate
• Follow-up with applicants on incomplete documents and outstanding payments
• Address to queries which may arise in the review
• Manage and maintain records and documents, including updating of records in student system
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance Department as needed

Requirements:-

• Preferably A-level holders and above with 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications and IT knowledge
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Meticulous and good organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and part of a team
• Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Working Hours:

Mon - Thur: 8.30am-6.00pm

Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm

Deployment:

• 32.5 hours per week based on a 5-day work week
• Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 am to 1:30pm
• Contract Period : 01 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (12 months)

Scope of Works:

Recess Duty:

• Daily supervision duty at Canteen during recess time (6 recesses a day) and lunch time (up to 2 lunches 3 times a week)

Teacher Relief Support

• Relief duty in looking after pupils in classes/CCAs that have no teachers in attendance during/after school as assigned by Year Heads

After-School Dismissal Duty

• Daily supervision duty at main gate during dismissal time

Exam Matters and Teaching Materials

• Prepare teaching resources for teachers and department heads
• Scan Optical Answer Sheets for P3 to P6 exams
• Check, count and sort report books according to class register numbers after exams

Other Duties

• Update P1 to P6 class allocation at the end of the year
• Print and check mass class allocation input
• Assist in pre-event duties for Prelims and PSLE duties such as putting up labels and seating plans in all classrooms
• Support in Prelims and PSLE duties as liaison officers on all days of examinations (Oral, Listening, Written)
• Assist in pre-event administrative duties for P1 Orientation
• Collate and place food orders for all exam standardisation exercises during school examination periods (WA1, WA2, Prelims, SA2)
• Assist in packing goodies bags for events like National Day, Teachers’ Day, Children Day events and counting of pamphlets
• Collate pupils’ and parents’ feedback from pupils’/parents’ surveys
• Taking down and typing out minutes of Contact Time meetings
• Data entry duties as assigned by Principal, Vice Principals, Head of Department and Year Heads
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Principal, Vice Principals, Head of Department and Year Heads

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Excellent technical knowledge and proven ability to develop technical solutions and proposals, along with strong problem-solving skills to provide comprehensive solutions to align with customer requirements
• Able to conduct technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to showcase security features and benefits to potential customers
• Able to train customers and internal teams on various technologies and best practices
• Strong understanding of various AutoID products, features, and capabilities
• Work closely with sales team to identify sales opportunity while providing full presales assistance to close deals

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in presales engineering or technical sales, preferably within AutoID or security industry
• Familiar with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to AutoID or security systems
• Programming experience in .Net Core, C# and Python
• Experienced in providing product demos and conduct technical presentations for prospective clients
• Able to support presales site activities, preliminary site visit, coordinating trial supports / preparations
