Responsibilities:
HR Administration
- Manage employee onboarding & offboarding process
- Be the super user to Infotech HR system
- Enrol & Deletion of employee insurance program
- Preparation of HR-related letters
Learning & Development
- Oversee the Learning Management System, encompassing tasks such as establishing training categories, maintaining training records, conducting training evaluations, and preparing reports.
- Fulfil the role of coordinator during training sessions, which involves managing attendee registration and overseeing online classroom activities.
- Aggregate training requirements and identify opportunities for external training procurement as necessary.
Employee Engagement
- Spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and solicit feedback to assess the efficacy of such programs.
- Coordinate team engagement and bonding activities to foster camaraderie and collaboration within the workforce
- Manage the administration of employee awards and recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate outstanding contributions within the organization.
Other ad-hoc duties such as verifying of invoices, granting access to respective portals, preparing ad-hoc reports etc
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Human Resources or related field
· At least 2 years of relevant work experience
· IHRP certification will be an added advantage
· Able to work independently in a team environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel
· Knowledge of Infotech software would be an added advantage
