What You'll Do:

1. Perform meter reading work functions on Meter Configuration, Data Adjustments, Settlement & Validation, Meter Data Recovery and following up with relevant parties to resolve daily operational issues.

2. Perform user acceptance testing for system enhancements and projects.

3. Implement and put up system improvement recommendation to improve work productivity and efficiency.

4. Perform operational statistics and submit weekly reports.

5. Attend to enquiries via Case Activities, telephone and emails.

6. Handle general administrative duties or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

What You'll Need:

1. Applicants need to possess at least a diploma from a recognized institute

2. Possess good knowledge in Microsoft Excel

3. Possess good knowledge in SAP system would be advantageous

4. Able to work well both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment

5. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

6. Meticulous and able to meet deadlines

Job Description

• Book / Confirm appointments
• Front desk and Cashier duties
• Assist doctor during the medical aesthetic procedures
• Provide equipment assistance to doctor throughout procedures
• Prepare patients for procedures
• Provide / advice on procedure downtime, pre & post care guide
• Follow up on patients after procedures and reviews
• Able to handle administrative work diligently

Job Requirements:

• At least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, or Professional Certificate
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise with our Chinese patients)
• Preferrably at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
• To have knowledge in medical insurance processing will be an advantage
• Basic computer skills is needed
• Able to work independently

· Able to do basic repair and maintenance works for machines and electrical

· Able to work independently and able to male recommendation for major repair jobs

· Attend to request / complaints from users and carries out minor repairs

· Liaise and attend to outside contractors during major repairs or installation works and provides assistance as required
