Job Description

Reporting to the Financial Systems Manager, this position drives the following processes and activities to enhance internal controls, governance and risk management in the organization:

Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR):

· Assist with the establishment of design and operation evaluation plan for ICFR (K-SOX)

· Support internal and external audits requirements as well as follow-up measure implementation

· Understanding the job processes of functional departments

· Identify opportunities for improvement on financial systems processes

· Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify workflow gaps

· Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across different organization level to facilitate smooth execution of audit fieldwork and monitoring

· Perform daily controls monitoring

· Other ad-hoc tasks related to job processes and internal control

Financial Planning:

· Assist in assigned tasks relating to Risk Management and Financial Planning

Job Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or equivalent

· At least 2-3 years of Big 4 audit experience

· Good auditing skills with a good understanding of internal controls/risk management concepts

· Healthcare or Pharma experience will be an added advantage

· Experience in SOX would be advantageous

Management Accounts

· Reports to the Finance Manager

· Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, account reconciliation etc.)

· Responsible for bank reconciliation & bank account opening, LC, TR etc.

· Assists the Senior to support intercompany activities

· Provide timely and accurate report of AP / AR

· Provide support and assist in internal & external audits

· Ensure compliance to accounting SOP

Controls

· Preparing company cash flow report

· Monitor Company fixed deposit report

· Prepare AP/AR ageing report

Others

· Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

· Assist in preparation of PJC reports

Summary

Responsible for operations within assigned stations, administration and profitability of the bar. This includes the preparation and presentation of all beverages in conformance to product and performance standards, maintaining of operating equipment’s, provide sound suggestions and up selling of food and beverage, and engaging guests in professional and friendly conversations.

Job Responsibilities

• In charge of the day to day running of the roof top bar, giving direction to the entire service team, and ensuring adequate coverage according to established practices and maximize on labour potential.

• Supervises the storage and operational area, ensuring that the outlet(s) are clean and tidy at all times.
• Monitors staff grooming, attitude and degree of professionalism to ensure strict adherence to the standards of quality service.
• Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures.
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management.
• Perform other duties as directed by the management.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience of similar capacity in the hospitality industry.
• Extensive beverage and cocktail bar service operations knowledge
• In-depth working knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• In-depth working knowledge of beverage cost control procedures
• Able to lead and motivate the team.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Possess good leadership and supervisory skills.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment, with a keen eye for quality control.

The Data Engineer, Microsoft BI Developer & Administrator, is a member of the Data Analytics Technology team.
