Responsibilities:

• Offer HR advisory support to higher ups to align with business objectives and facilitate strategy execution.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and manage employee relations matters.
• Handle full-cycle recruitment activities, from job postings to contract preparation, and cultivate relationships with educational institutions for internship programs.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing, comprehensive benefits management, and transparent communication of benefits options.
• Ensure that HR policies are consistently reviewed to adhere to employment laws and regulations.
• Lead the annual performance appraisal process and collaborate with senior management on bonus and
  increment decisions.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Human Resource
• Min.5 years exp in business partnership and change management
