Your Role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to serve customers and drive sales through engagement with customers.

What Will You Do

• To provide best service to the customers.
• To share suggestive selling and share product knowledge to the customers.

• To maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store.

What Do We Want

• Coordinating the implementation of the Safe Management Measures for the store.

• Maintain the cleanliness of the shop area & understanding the importance of hygiene and cleanliness of the shop.

• Ability to handle customers' requests and complaints with grace.

• Establish contact and developing relationships with customers.

• Recommend hairstyle, coloring and treatment, according to the client’s preference.

• Hands-on experience in coloring, rebonding, hair setting, hair perm techniques.

• Style customer's hair to desired effect, including shaping, curling, cutting, trimming, setting, etc.

• Cross-sell services and products when appropriate (e.g. through informative brochures and gift cards)

• Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered.

• ordering and replenishing supplies, completing accounting duties, adhering to hygiene standards, and overseeing customer service.

• Inform clients about new services, Promotions and discounts.

• Liaise with external Marketing Company on the Salon promotion campaign & advertising.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 year working experience.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Friendly, outgoing, creative mindset and a good eye for design.

• Able to work any shift or split shift

• Able to work OT on weekends and public holiday.

Reporting to Executive Director, you will lead the HR team in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, rewards and recognition, manpower planning, development and budgeting. - Verify all outgoing shipments are properly packed & labelled
- Performs basic visual checks
- Confirmation and follow-up of products being packed to SN
- Preparation Non-Conformity and Damage Report
- Authorize outbound transportation arrangements and documents
- Operate MHEs and assist in routine P.M of equipment

- Maintain 5S standard in shipping area

Education:- ITE or Polytechnic

Skills & Experience:
- Familiar with Microsoft office. Highly Trainable, Meticulous and have eye for detail.

- Good communication skills, able to operate- Min 1 year experience in warehouse set-up
- Forklift License
- Basic knowledge of receiving and issuing procedures
