· Weekly trucking arrangement according to booking list and consolidate all bookings

· Portnet creation for UCR for laden/empties containers

· Portnet release of local empties and laden and consolidate permits details

· Checking and verification of invoices from Vendors/PSA/JP

· Provide connecting details for TS/RXP, and loading details for Local containers

· Consolidate all bookings into barge load list

· Other relevant jobs assigned by management whenever is necessary

JOB REQUIREMENT

- Has at least 1 year working experiene in shipping line

- Minimum Diploma graduate

- Able to work with team

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of spa treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of therapy rooms, equipment, as well as inventory of products.
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations.
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.
• Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.
• Provide assistance in running of spa workshops.
• Assist in all reception duties as and when required.

Key Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist
• Hands on experience in massage techniques and face therapies
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude
• Basic level computer skills

• Position : Personal Assistant cum driver (Fetching kid to school/ doing homework) - (Nanny) (SIMPLE DUTIES)
• Location : Orchard
• Working hours : Monday to Friday - 9A.M to 6P.M/ ALTERNATE 2 Saturday per month/ 2 Saturday and 4 Sunday OFF per month
• Salary : Basic is FIXED at $4000 + 1 to 3 months of Performance Bonus per year + 14 days Annual leave + CPF contribution + Medical coverage

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Prefer candidate who has two years of clean driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
