Job Description

Human Resource Executive

We are a growing facility management company in Singapore looking to hire a Human Resource Executive. As we grow, we are glad to nurture our team and provide career advancement. As a Human Resource Executive, you will be working closely with other departments to ensure stable support within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employees’ information, leave records, compensation, health, and medical insurance.
• Updating employees' leave entitlement and details from time to time.
• Generate payroll twice a month for employees using payroll software based on the attendance sheets.
• Responsible for the arrangement of recruitment of employees, handling on-boarding and off-boarding of workers, including interviewing, signing of the contract, and updating of hiring ads.
• Attend to inquiries from employees and resolve MOM/employee-related issues to ensure smooth support from HR.
• Prepare and submit statutory documents such as IRAS, employment-related claims/ submissions of grant application/ license renewal, and tasks assigned.
• Maintain and update the latest HR policies and procedures. Keep up to date on MOM guidelines, webinars from the industry, etc.
• Consistently review, suggest, and update HR policies/ processes/ structures to ensure improvisation of the company HR department together with help of other departments.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Degree in any field.
• A minimum of 1 year of HR working experience is needed
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking workers.
• Full-Time position. The ability to start immediately is preferred.
• Working Hour(s) in Office: 9 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday
• Contactable out of working hours for urgent matters on rare occasions.

Main responsibilities：

1. Formulate the company's daily personnel administration system and process, and handle company registration and annual audit related matters.
2. Responsible for employee recruitment and management, including the purchase of provident fund, work injury insurance, medical insurance, salary calculation and payment, etc.
3. Responsible for the leasing, decoration and layout of the office to ensure a comfortable and efficient office environment.
4. Handle the company's local tax-related matters.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the CEO.

Job requirements：

1. More than 3 years of comprehensive personnel administration work experience.
2. Careful and responsible, able to patiently complete different work matters.
3. Fluent in Chinese and English, can use Chinese and English as working languages.
4. Singapore citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Business Partners with recruitment, exit management, and manpower planning
• Manage secondments, deployments and documentation
• Organise HR events and handle course registrations and payments
• Maintain training statistics and prepare induction kits
• Perform secretarial duties and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of relevant work experience in the HR field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and communicatoin skills
