• Stakeholder Management
  • Develop and manage relations with partner universities through regular communications.
  • Facilitate annual placement projection and negotiation exercise with partner universities.
• Programmes and Events Management
  • Plan and execute events such as SMUs Study Abroad Fair and other student outreach and programme publicity initiatives, as well as orientation and farewell activities for inbound/outbound students.
  • Provide necessary support and guidance to the students (outbound SMU students and inbound international students) throughout the programme which includes managing the teams role-based mailbox and answering programme-related enquiries.
  • Conduct surveys, analyse findings and prepare reports on students study abroad or study at SMU experiences, and learning outcomes.
