Key Responsibilities

• Independently carry out standardized operations as per SOP and 6S standards, and guide the team to meet order deadlines and ensure timely deliveries.
• Address issues in the delivery process, report unresolved problems promptly, and seek solutions to maintain order flow.
• Ensure timely completion of all warehouse orders and deliveries, understand operational requirements, regularly summarise and categorize delivery data, including abnormal orders, and provide timely feedback.
• Follow up on maintenance orders, organize and file documents, manage inventory, and perform regular counts.
• Optimize daily work systems, resolve abnormal issues, and enhance work efficiency.
• Manage 6S on-site and assist the supervisor when needed.

• NITEC or higher, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
• 1-year experience in warehouse operations is preferable.
• Proficient in office software, and familiar with warehouse entry and exit processes and basic computer operations.
• Good teamwork and communication skills, strong integrity, attention to detail, strong professional ethics, good organizational and coordination abilities, initiative, and responsibility.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and willing to follow leadership directions.
• Training will be provided.

Job Description:

Provide recruitment support for all levels of staff including:

• Job advertisement posting;
• Screening resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements;
• Conducting interviews to narrow the number of potential candidates who will be interviewed by the hiring Director;
• Conducting reference checks by verifying employment information and contacting the professional and personal contacts provided by the candidate;
• Schedule interviews for hiring Director via online or face to face.

Requirements:

• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Human Resources or equivalent;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Training will be provided for candidates with minimum experience.

First round of interview will be held via zoom.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Assist in advertising job openings both internally and externally.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlist potential applicants.
• Organize and facilitate interview sessions between candidates and hiring managers.
• Advise on salary recommendations and offers.
• Coordinate and organize recruitment events, such as job fairs and informational sessions.
• Support the design, rollout, and management of employee welfare programs.
• Plan and oversee HR initiatives and wellness activities for staff.
• Review and update HR policies to ensure adherence to labor regulations.
• Partner with regional HR teams to execute strategies and initiatives.
