You will oversee the entire cycle of the candidate management process as a Recruitment Specialist such as headhunting talents with the domain knowledge and technical skills, conducting interviews, and guiding them on the interviewing process. Responsibilities:

• Create Urgency: Foster a sense of urgency to ensure successful hires for clients.
