This is a full time role for a Business Development Executive located in Woodlands Link. Our client manufactures health, beauty, food, and household products and your role focuses on supporting the recruitment and development of new Business Builders and Sales Leaders to drive the company’s growth and accelerate sales. It involves working closely with these leaders to help them achieve the company's objectives in both sales and recruitment, while also aiding in the expansion of existing markets and the development of new ones. Additionally, the role requires participation in the planning, coordination, and implementation of recruitment-related activities, such as rallies, seminars, meetings, training, and conventions. Travel to organize and assist in these events is a key part of the job. Qualifications:

ERP Deployment and Management

· Lead the end-to-end deployment of the ERP system (NetSuite) across Ben Line, ensuring timely and effective implementation in line with the project plan.

Project Leadership

· Manage ERP project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring alignment with project goals and company objectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration

· Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to define ERP requirements, develop project plans, and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.

Change Management

· Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition to the new ERP, including communication plans, training programs, and user support materials.

Data Governance

· Ensure Finance data integrity, security, and accuracy within the ERP by implementing robust data governance practices.

Continuous Improvement

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within Finance operations, leveraging ERP capabilities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

User Support and Training

· Develop and deliver training programs for ERP users, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure effective use of the system.

Business Process Optimization

· Analyze and map existing financial processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation within the ERP system. Ensure that all finance processes are effectively integrated into the ERP platform.

Vendor Management

· Identify and mitigate risks associated with the ERP deployment, including system integration challenges, data security, and compliance with financial regulations.

Risk Management

· Manage relationships with ERP vendors and consultants, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to contractual agreements.

Performance Metrics

· Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ERP implementation and utilization, driving continuous improvement initiatives based on data insights.

Job Scope:

As the Digital Solutions and Capability Lead, you are responsible for leading teams to drive and execute key functional deliverables across:

Digital Solutions and Omnichannel Operations

• Collaborate with business unit marketeers & cross functional teams to facilitate digital data integration.
• Drive HCP omnichannel activation through digital campaigns, leveraging various channels, to engage and influence healthcare professionals and enhance healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
• Optimize HCC activation for digital ROAS (Return on Ad-Spend) through actionable analytics & insights

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum 12 years of experience in leading P&L-led digital and social media projects across various channels and capabilities, with subject matter expertise across marketing domains (Consumer Understanding, Content, Channels, Media & Optimization) and digital domains (Paid, Owned, and Earned), with management experience in leading diverse cross-functional teams across markets
• Passion for Digital, Data, and Analytics tools and technologies. Deep understanding of Asia Pacific markets.
