Job Responsibilities:

· Support benefits/welfare administration (e.g. distribution of LSA certs, events coordination such as Health Screening event, wellness activities – regular articles on wellbeing, consolidate responses from depts e.g. NE planning to increase pool of first aiders to meet national target, staff announcements)

· Assist in the secondment billings and checking, consolidate interns’ allowance payments

· Administrative support in the team’s plan to review the current leave/welfare benefits (e.g. surveys/benchmarking) with the view to improve employee experience

· Support in digitalisation tools testing for some of the digitalisation initiatives

· Administrative support in the recruiting and onboarding system project e.g. scheduling of meetings, consolidation of documents etc.

· Data generation/cleansing to support various data requests

Trade Finance Business Analyst - The ideal candidate must possess strong functional knowledge in Trade Finance Product and applications.

Responsibilities:

To ensure the business/operational objectives of the new business requirements are well defined via:

• Performing systematic business analysis,
• Validating business requirements to align with business/operations needs as well as IT architecture and security standards.
• Designing functional solutions & user workflows and documenting Functional Specifications.
• To walkthrough requirement and proposed solutions to all stakeholders and get it reviewed and signoff.
• To develop SIT/UAT/NRT scope and approach. To guide Testing team in writing test scenarios/cases and review to get signoff from stakeholders.
• To rationalize test cases when needed to match with available resources and target timeline.
• To validate SIT test results produced by testing team to signoff.
• To assist users in planning/executing UAT, analysing defects, and defining defects priority for fix delivery by development team.
• Documenting/reviewing user manuals and release notes as required.
• Assist in providing tactical/strategic solutions for new client requirements.
• Assist in the conversion/migration exercise where necessary.
• For production defects, perform functional analysis and propose solutions.
• To manage Objectives towards Outsourcing activities
• To liaise with Onshore teams and review the IT architecture and data flows
• To coordinate with PMOs and Outsourcing teams on preparing the requisite documentation in accordance with company standards
• Liaise with all stakeholders for requisite approvals.
• Should also contribute to project manager role, and work closely with Product managers, Operation teams (both middle and backoffice) and IT business analysts to rationalize the scope and business case for the project proposal. Present the solutions for steering committee approval.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in information technology
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Corporate Banking environment Trade Finance (e banking Channels) IT Business Analyst.
• Strong functional & business analysis skills with ability to communicate and bridge between business/operations & IT.
• Proficiency in Unix/Shell scripts, XML and Oracle/PLSQL
• Good functional experience in Trade Finance Product and applications.
• Familiar with standard formats such as SWIFT, EDIFACT, ISO20022 & data transformations.
• Proficiency in Unix/Shell scripts, XML and Oracle/PLSQL
• Project Management Experience, with PMP certification
• Agile scrum and product certifications and CDCS certification is a plus
