• Develop and maintain expertise in the HR regulatory landscape, focusing on regulatory compensation practices and trends.

• Advise country HR teams and Centers of Excellence (COEs) on HR regulatory compensation matters, offering regional insights while considering local and global approaches.

• Interpret regulatory changes and assess their impact on HR policies and practices by conducting gap analyses and communicating obligations to key stakeholders.

• Drive and manage HR regulatory compensation projects by partnering with internal stakeholders and control partners from Legal, Compliance, and Audit.

• Oversee HR regulatory compensation submissions and correspondence with regulators, ensuring deliverables are drafted, reviewed, and approved.

• Collaborate with international teams to align practices and share best practices within APAC.

• Keep HR stakeholders informed of significant regulatory compensation developments from both international and local perspectives.

• Participate in and contribute to governance forums as needed.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, Audit, Legal, Compliance, or Risk within large multinational companies.

As an Investment Operations/Business Development Executive, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations in the investment portfolios and funds managed by the Company including trade placement and/or execution, cash management, and performance reporting. • Trade Placement/Execution:
