Manage the effective daily parts return process by:

ii) Coordinate with all relevant Corporate department – PM, Asset, Logistics, Credit and Sales to ensure all Non-Quality RMA request(s) are valid & supported by relevant Offset and Replacement CBO (where applicable) as stipulated in the Company’s RMA policy and procedure

iii) Coordinate closely with the Quality Process Department (QPD) to ensure all Quality related RMA request(s) due to the specific quality issue are valid and supported by proper Customer(s) / Supplier(s) Corrective Action Report (CAR)

iv) Follow up on all OPEN RMA request for response within five(5) working days. Acknowledge approval or rejection to requestor within this same window.

Secondary

ACR & Stop Shipment

Return to Vendor (RTV)

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Identify and develop potential clients through cold calling, door to door canvassing, road shows, site visits, etc.
• Respond to inquiries from potential clients through various online and offline channels and provide comprehensive consultation to address clients’ enquiries.
• Develop strategic network from leads generated through marketing activities.
• Attend to walk-in customers in the show room.
• Foster strong and sustainable business relationships with new and/or existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and implement effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

• “N”/ "O"/ "A" Level, Diploma Holder.
• Working experience in direct sales activities for digital multi-functional copiers preferred. Otherwise, candidates from the service industry (hotel/airlines) or with direct sales experience will also be considered.
• Conduct sales calls, preparation of sales proposals, product demonstration and training to end-users.
• Good communication skills and strong drive to succeed.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice

About the Role

iCapital is seeking an Associate/ Assistant Vice President on the APAC team to contribute to the growth, development and execution of its Asia expansion. The Associate will join a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, In this role, you will work with and support the Head of Business Management and Operations, APAC to convert strategy into actionable processes, ensure delivery and accountability of critical infrastructure functions, execute on major initiatives including iCapital’s growth in Japan, Australia and other key markets and become a core part of the APAC team.

This position will be based in Singapore, reporting to iCapital’s Head of Business Management and Operations, APAC.

Responsibilities

· Support the Head of Business Management and Operations, APAC in executing major initiatives with key partners in the region, including strategic partnerships and M&A.

· Develop and manage a robust and sustainable internal process for business integration.

· Prepare presentations, analyses, and communicate findings both verbally and written in executive-ready deliverables.

· Support and nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects, working through complex negotiations until completion of business integration.

· Build strong internal relationships within iCapital and work closely with other teams (Research & Fund Management, Enterprise Integration, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Technology & Operations, etc.) to achieve the best client outcomes and successful long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

· 3+ years of relevant work experience in project management or the fintech field.
