• Align to corporate marketing strategies and work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to execute corporate marketing initiatives and sales campaigns.
• You will participate at trade events or any events that the Company is promoting its products/services. These may be local or overseas and extend into non work day/hours.
• You are to gather and feedback on competitor and customer data for sales and marketing analysis, create awareness of industry/market trends, competitor activities and product competitiveness.
• Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
• You are to liaise and attend meetings or networking sessions as and when necessary to aid business and organisational development.
• You are required to put in time and effort to self-learn products/applications and or attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Executive supports the Manager in administration-centred activities such as:

1. Provide marketing and corporate communications support to the school through production of collaterals (e.g. on-site branding materials, corporate videos, etc.). Depending on the project, this requires the job holder to produce written, graphic and multimedia contents.
2. Implement digital communications plans through updates to the school website and creation of social media posts.
3. Collate inputs from staff, write and disseminate parents' termly newsletters.
4. Promote positive relations with stakeholders and partners by supporting key events, outreach activities and visits.
5. Plan and organise photography sessions (liaise with the photographers and staff).
6. Manage corporate gift inventory.
7. Archive exchanges items and projects at Exhibition Centre, and maintains both the Visitor Centre and Exhibition Centre.
8. Assist in the preparation of finance documents related to purchase of relevant services and goods.
9. Assist in crafting news releases and copywriting of communications materials (such as yearbook, etc.).

Requirements:

- A minimum Diploma in Communications / Arts or related disciplines is required

- 1 - 2 years experience in marketing, advertising or public relations preferred

- Confident, and with a pleasant personality

- Ability to work as a team player

- Knowledge of graphic / multimedia design software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, iMovie, Final Cut Pro or equivalent) and web publishing platforms

- Effectively bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations across Ecommerce Platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Official Store), including order management, fulfilment, and customer service.

2. Ensure that the platform is fully optimized for high levels of traffic and performance.

The Account Executive / Senior Account Executive will be the key project contact with clients, internal teams and other agency partners/vendors. You will be supporting our Senior Account Manager / Associate Account Director in various pitches and projects, which could range from discussing project requirements with team members, working out cost & budgets, external vendor liaison, relationship building and management (internal and external), as well as client/project management from end-to-end (pitch-execution-reporting).
