DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets or clients
· Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
· Lead and oversee the growth of profitable new business opportunities
· Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
· Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement business development strategies
· Assist the BD Director during client presentation
· Running outbound event (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
· Develop a leads strategy to follow up on sales leads or project leads
REQUIREMENT:
· Familiar with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Outlook
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
