Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to promote our F&B establishment and its offerings, aligning with business objectives and target audience preferences.
• Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing (website, social media, email), offline marketing (print, events), and partnerships to maximize reach and effectiveness.
• Assist in creating compelling and engaging content for marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and promotional collateral, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and generate insights to optimize future strategies and tactics.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including culinary, operations, and front-of-house staff, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and support seamless execution of campaigns.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, partners, and vendors to leverage opportunities for coverage, endorsements, collaborations, and sponsorships.
• Support the management of marketing budget and resources, including tracking expenses, managing invoices, and evaluating ROI to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3 years experience in marketing roles, with a focus on the F&B industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in content creation and copywriting, with excellent writing and editing skills to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
• Creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Knowledge of the local F&B market landscape, consumer behavior, and regulations in Singapore is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full accounts cycle, including bank reconciliation and journal entries.
• Ensure accurate data entry in for all transactions.
• Prepare financial data for entry into the financial system
• Keep accounting records and bank statements
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare and file GST returns
• Preparation of tax computation and tax planning
• Filling tax returns on time and updating the management about new changes in rules and regulations.
• Liaise and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents;
• Ensure accounting deadlines are met;

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Have prior experience in handling full set of accounts and statutory reporting
• Independent to fulfil tasks and a team player to perform tasks in the company workflow

Responsibilities :

· Supports an SME organisation by assisting in designing and implementing policies, planning, designing, implementing, monitoring and refining administrative and operational processes for various functions and projects across all departments – administration, accounting, sales, human resource, information technology, technical support, regulatory affairs and warehousing and logistics.

Job Duties :

· Develops and implements company-wide operational processes and procedures.

· Oversees compliance with internal procedures

· Accomplishes human results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling and disciplining employees; developing training and growth opportunities.

· Provides regulatory support by collating data and information from product owners, communicating with regulatory authorities, administering licence/certificate applications and renewals.

Office Administration (Covering duties, when required)

1. Perform reception duties and attend to incoming calls, visitors

2. Handle incoming & outgoing mails, email enquiries & fax

3. Assume any other suitable duties as and when assigned by the Company

Requirements:

2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience

• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and follow-up actions to maintain high safety standard and compliance to Companys ISO & OSHAS policies.
• Conduct monthly safety committee meetings and put up safety reports, including safety issues.
• Attend to all feedback on such irregularities and inform the occupier accordingly.
• Enforce all safety legislation and in-house safety rules and regulations.
• Ensure supervisors and workers are following safe work procedures compliance.
• Responsible in accident reporting and investigations.
• Managing the operations and maintenance activities at client premises, including the Office Resources, Asset & Records Management.
• Leading technical teams in the trouble shooting and work proposal for corrective maintenance works.
• Ensure proper execution of maintenance activities by the contractors.
• Monitor and renewal of maintenance services contract.
• Provide necessary monthly/quarterly reports.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum Diploma in Building, Engineering or Facilities disciplines from a recognised tertiary establishment (with M&E background is preferred).
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required for this position.
• Candidates possessing WSHO/FSM certifications will have an advantage.
• Willing to work on Saturdays (half-day) as well.
