Human Resource Specialist

Recruitment:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Support recruitment activities including both internal and external advertisements.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and shortlisting.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Recommend competitive salary proposals.
• Plan and drive ad-hoc HR events such as career fairs and recruitment talks.

Staff Welfare and Benefits:

• Assist in planning, implementing, and administering staff welfare and benefits programs.
• Organize HR initiatives and staff welfare activities.
• Review and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.

• Work with Regional HR to implement DE&I initiatives and activities.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business or Human Resources with at least 1 ~ 2 year of HR experience. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
• Strong project management skills, along with creativity and innovative thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, confident in interacting with all levels of personnel, from entry-level to top management.
• Proficient in computer applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and automation tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A self-starter and a good team player capable of working independently.
• Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable working in a Japanese company with a multicultural environment.

Job description:

• Supporting the recruitment administrative duties such as creating and updating job postings on job boards, career page and other media, screening candidates and interview coordination.
• Provide administrative support such as data-entry, documentation, printing and filing
