Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the pre-owned / new car business management and operations.
• Develop and implement business strategies, initiatives, and operational plans to drive growth and achieve volume and profitability targets.
• Oversee the management of car inventory to ensure an efficient stock turnover.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports as well as analyse financial performance and implement measures to optimise profitability.

• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities, and stay informed about industry trends, market developments, customer needs, and competitor activities

Job Requirements

• 5-8 years of working experience in the Automotive industry, preferably within the luxury segment
• Proven track record of success in sales management
• A team player with excellent leadership, people management, communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
• A valid class 3 driving license and clean driving record
