Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and Lead HR Programs and Projects:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Conduct Research and Analysis:Perform research to identify HR issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
3. Provide Strategic and Tactical Advice:Advise management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
4. Recruitment and Training:Oversee the recruitment process, including job description creation, candidate screening, and interviews.
5. Compliance and Policy Development:Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Develop, revose, andrecommend HR policies and procedures
6. Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
