Job Summary:

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with leaders and teams in Singapore, Guinea, China, and Malaysia to drive HR strategies that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs, provide HR expertise, and align HR strategies with business goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role or similar capacity in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and practices across Singapore, Guinea, China, and Malaysia.
• Experience working in a technology company or fast-paced, high-growth environment is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives that support organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a multinational tech company or startup.
• Knowledge of HR practices in Guinea, China, and Malaysia.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or French is a plus.
