• To ensure on time / proper lodgement of collected mailbags from street posting boxes, post offices, regional bases and other assigned collection centres to the relevant departments.
• To ensure correct labelling of mailbags / any other bags that requires to be labelled.
• To perform collection / dispatch / transportation duties as deployed by company and to carry out the duties diligently as per instructions given.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience as a Logistics Assistant at a large warehouse.
• Strong communication, memorization, and teamwork skills.
• Possess a valid Class 4 License
• Able to carry heavy loads (30 kg)
• able to work on sat and PH.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for strategizing, coordinating, and overseeing the logistics of local deliveries.
• Oversee delivery schedules to ensure timely product delivery.
• Maintain positive relationships with transporters and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence to local regulations governing the transportation of Dangerous Goods.
• Identify potential avenues for cost savings in Customer Delivery and propose enhancements to service levels.
• Main point of contact to address and resolve customer complaints.
• Regularly compile and submit comprehensive transport-related KPI reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Thoroughly validate the accuracy of invoices received from transporters. Address any additional ad hoc requests as delegated by the Manager.

ASEAN and India sales office’s Office head and HR and Head Quarters HR in Japan

Position Profile:
The Regional Human Resource Assistant Manager (Regional HR AM) is responsible to support the General Manager and Sales office’s head for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization in Singapore and ASEAN and India sales office with collaborating with HR in respective countries. Specifically in the areas of talent management, training and development, and compensation. The regional HR AM provides strategic approach by articulating HR needs and action plans to the General Management and sales office’s head with cross-country perspective.

Additionally, Regional HR AM is responsible for ASEAN and India Mobility/Expats management by developing operational practices with complying the regulation in each country related to work pass or tax and actively improving the current practice according to the change of the requirement from external and internal stakeholders.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company’s mission and strategic vision
• Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives
• Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues as ASEAN regional activity
• Work with the company's executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company as ASEAN regional activity
• Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals as ASEAN regional activity
• Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective as ASEAN regional activity
• Management and strategic planning of expats HR related matters in ASEAN countries and India

Ability/ Competency Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university; degree in human resources, commerce, economics or related field required
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience of HR experience in manufacturing or high tech industry which has sales function. The experience of HR policy change preferred
• Understanding of balance sheet approach for expats’ C&B and international income tax and social security agreement are required

Job descriptions:

• Inspects welded joints and conducts tests to ensure welds meet company standards, national code requirements, and customer job specifications.
• Records inspection and test results and prepares and submits reports to welding engineering personnel.
• Communicate with retained weld engineer on welding issues, and processes when necessary.
• Communicate with customer’s weld engineering department.
• Tracking and maintaining welding procedures and CWB binders.
• Manage welding procedures and ensure welders are qualified and approved for corresponding welding procedures for various jobs

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a heavy fabrication environment.
• Practical and theoretical proficiency with Carbon Arc-gauging; SMAW, GMAW, and GTAW processes. Experienced in developing process routings for large welded fabrications.
• Familiar with PQR development and testing final WPS implementation.

Job Description :-

- Assist in payroll related matters.

- Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, - Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.

- Manage and handle employee’s records

- Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.

- Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters

- Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance.

- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.

- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

- Providing counselling on policies and procedures.

- Liaising with external parties, such as auditors, government bodies as & when required

Job requirements :-

- At least 2 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

- Able to handle all walks of life with good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Knowledge of employment legislation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
