• End-to-end coordination of recruitment assignments, including administering and administration of all in and outsourced services of the employee and activities throughout the life-cycle of a recruitment, onboarding and relocation

Requirements:

Job Descriptions:

• Conducting due diligence and checks on new tenants and existing tenants prior to the issuance of the letter of offer
• Prepare and follow up on leasing contracts including stamping and other lease related documents,
• Ensure all acceptance items are complete under the offer and the internal tenancy management system duly updated
• Uphold internal compliance on authorities’ guidelines, submission and internal approvals
• Trigger rent review leases and manage Banker Guarantee top-up
• Work with the lawyer to prepare lease documents, supplemental letter, ad hoc letters, pre-termination letters & etc. and stamping of lease documents.
• Update and maintain database

Technician (Assembly/AutoCAD/Engineering Drawing)

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components according to assembly drawings and work instructions
• Perform various test verification at sub-assembly and system levels
• Submit correct paperwork for assemblies and parts that do to meet quality criteria and return parts for rework
• Support the commissioning, calibration, testing and troubleshoot semiconductor equipment
• Operate, optimise and test commissioned instruments and options accordingly to company procedure

Requirements:

• Min NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical & Mechatronic Engineering
