Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
2. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, helping to maintain positive employee relations and work environment.
3. Training and Development: Coordinate and assist with the delivery of training sessions and workshops on various HR topics and company policies.
4. Performance Management: Support the performance review process by providing relevant employee performance data to managers and advising on best practices for performance evaluations.
5. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, and other company benefits.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
7. HR Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
8. Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and financial policies.
9. HR Policy Formulation and Implementation: Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are in line with organizational goals and legal standards.
10. Conflict Resolution: Address grievances and work with management to resolve employee issues and disputes in a timely and effective manner.
