Responsibilities:

Involve in one or more teams working in normal hour in managing and coordinating multiple vendors in a large scale communications projects based on Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

• Conduct periodic inspections and audit in both software to hardware e.g. Backend IT security equipment, network switches, firewalls, servers etc to front-end devices, that ranges from Monitoring Management Systems, etc.
• Conduct reviews in Security Backend System including cybersecurity requirements.
• Ensure contractor’s contractual obligations are met and services are delivered well.
• Provide accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery.
• Review design documents ensuring all design aspects of the systems are addressed.
• Project Management inclusive of reporting of Works progress and/or Issues escalation for resolution, project scheduling/project meeting, migration or Expansion work; as well as New sub-systems deployment.
• RF cell planning and validation including carrying out ad-hoc radio coverage survey and reports of the Radio sub-system performance.
• Support review of test plans, conduct, witness of system testing and acceptance testing.
• Support the implementation and configurations of security and network design.
• Liaise and coordinate with relevant stakeholders, maintenance/project team member and vendors to address critical incidents, coordinate with resolution parties, and establish effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews.
• Analyse third-party as well as internal processes, and create strategies for service delivery optimization.

• Knowledge in transmission and IP transport technologies, including DWDM, carrier ethernet, TCP/IP and Software Defined WAN. Certification in CCNA, CCNP or equivalent certification as a requirement.

Job Descriptions:

Ecosystem Engagement

• Understand the entrepreneurial ecosystem within school and the broader Singapore startup landscape.
• Engage with key stakeholders including start-ups, ecosystem enablers, VC firms, IHLs (Institutes of Higher Learning), their CCAs (Co-Curricular Activities), and the gerontology community.
• Represent Entrepreneurship at external events to increase visibility and build new partnerships.
  

Event Promotion & Participation

• Promote events through various channels such as social media, newsletters, and internal communication platforms.
• Boost social media engagement by creating and sharing content that resonates with the community and highlights key programs and initiatives.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials for events and programs.
• Collaborate on joint marketing campaigns with relevant departments to increase community outreach and engagement.
• Attend and provide on-site support for events, including those happening on evenings or weekends.
  

Community Development

• Build strong internal and external relationships within the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
• Foster collaboration among program participants and ecosystem partners, including IHLs and gerontology stakeholders.
• Actively contribute to a supportive and inclusive entrepreneurial community.
  

Reporting

• Track and measure key community metrics, including social media engagement, and report on performance to the management team.
• Brief team members and stakeholders on what’s trending in the ecosystem and where there are opportunities for growth.
  

Marketing Collaboration

• Work with the marketing team to develop content and promotional materials that effectively communicate our mission, vision, and program offerings.
• Collaborate on joint marketing campaigns that promote events and other entrepreneurial activities within school.
• Ensure all communications and promotional efforts align with the overall brand and messaging.

Period: 6 months contract

Location: Clementi

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: $14/hr

Job Requirements:

• Passion for entrepreneurship and community building.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, be proactive, and enjoy meeting new people.
• Willingness to attend evening/weekend events as required.
• Experience with social media, marketing campaigns, and event promotion is a plus.
• Understanding of the startup ecosystem, IHLs, CCAs, and gerontology is an added advantage.
