Job Description:

• Provide onsite client support, assisting with troubleshooting and design, configuration and escalated problem management.
• Technical subject matter expert for Cisco ACI network domain, providing technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
• Analysis of client and technical requirements, specifications development, solution design and development, and consult on testing and deployment processes for staging requirement.
• Manage client’s day 2 network operations in the Cisco ACI network landscape and other network technologies as assigned.
• Mandatory requirement: to succeed in this role, you must have experience in Cisco ACI project implementation or configuration.
• Comfortable with occasional support in outdoor environment (due to data center/ network equipment location).

Key Requirements:

• At least a CCIE or experienced Technical lead/ Subject Matter Expert who is experienced in enterprise routing and switching, data center network and architecture, and network security
• Proficient in troubleshooting Layer 2 and 3 network issues.
• Experience and proven hands-on installation and support in network devices covered in this contract.
• In-depth understanding of network protocols, architectures, and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocol such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP;
• Experience in Data Centre Network (Routing, switching), Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI)/Software Defined Network (SDN), Cisco ISE Servers.
• Experience in managing, administration, troubleshooting and maintenance of Nexus Switches and Software Defined Network such as Cisco ACI, DNAC and SD-WAN;
• Proficient in managing, administration, troubleshooting and maintenance of Firewall Systems in high availability mode. Firewall administrator certification such as either Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA)or Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA) is recommended.
• Experience in troubleshooting 4G and 5G Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) connectivity issue with telco service provider. Proficient in engagement, analyze and feedback on the service report furnished by service provider on their 4G and 5G cellular performance.
• Experience in managing, administration, troubleshooting and maintenance of load balancers.
• Experience in disaster recovery activation and deactivation exercises;
• Proficient in using sniffer tools to capture the network traffic and analyst the packets;
• Proficient in installing, troubleshooting and maintaining network management software.
• Proficient in configuring and managing network monitoring and management platform, e.g., SolarWinds, ServiceNow, etc.
• Proficient in creating Ansible Playbooks.

Responsibilities
