Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account and Admin Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up efficient bookkeeping systems for clients, generating precise financial statements, calculating taxes, and maintaining meticulous records. Additionally, this role involves general office administration tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage bookkeeping systems for clients to maintain accurate financial records.
• Generate financial statements on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Calculate and process taxes according to established regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of financial transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Oversee general office maintenance to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
• Check and manage incoming correspondence and the office letterbox.
• Support the team with administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in accounting or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office suite.

- Oversee all HR related matters

- Handling MOM matters including applications and renewal of all Passes

· Administration and support of servers and databases.

· Daily review of all batch jobs. The problem logs to be raised for batch job failures.

· Daily review of security, system and application event logs of servers.

· Perform annual OS/Web Server/SQL hardening.

· Perform system administration, change requests (program migration, deployment, configuration changes, etc) on servers.

· Update and compile operational reports on system capacity, database growth, change requests statistics, etc.

· Review and recommend security patches monthly for deployment of security updates on servers.

Skills:

· Experience in administration of Windows server 2016/2019, Linux operating systems and MSSQL 2012/2016.

· Proficient in Windows Active Directory 2016/2019, DNS and familiar with WOG desktop environment.

· Apply concepts of IT Service Management (Incident, Change, Service, Release and Configuration).

· Understand concepts of IM8 and hardening of operating systems, web servers and databases.

· Experience in SharePoint administration is a plus.

· Proficient in software – CA Workload Automation and Application Programming Interface (API) (will be an added advantage)

Roles & Responsibilities

Purpose of Job: Supervise in Laundry operation to process soiled linen and prepare cleaned linen for delivery according to customers' specification and requirement.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate laundry's machinery and equipment.
• Sort soiled linen according to specification prior to the washing process.
• Conduct quality control on cleaned linen before delivery according to quality standards.
• Packing of linen to be delivered to customers.
