Main responsibilities

• Organize and communicate with different stakeholders to guarantee that work permits and contracts are renewed on schedule.
• Examine and confirm each and every invoice pertaining to high-quality control contractors.
• Obtain legal documentation and keep up-to-date external staff files (e.g. P File Management)
• Keep track of all employee movements, including hiring, moving, terminating, and changing a job's categorization.
• Make sure that the necessary external personnel records are gathered and kept up to date by conducting file reviews.
• Keep the leave database current, including controls and closures
• Work with the finance division to resolve payroll-related issues.
• Make that the worldwide onboarding and offboarding processes are efficient and seamless.
• Observe all relevant legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards, as well as the requirements for financial security.

Qualifications and Profile

• Prior experience in HR admin/HR generalist support/contract and invoice management will be highly preferred
• Good knowledge in MS Office especially Excel
