Your Responsibilities will include:
As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of our Southeast Asia business. You will lead and mentor a local market finance team spanning two markets to ensure financial compliance and governance while contributing significantly to our strategic and profitable growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing financial leadership and guidance to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive financial performance and provide financial insights.
Financial Management & Analysis:
- Lead and manage a local market finance team responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance in two markets within the SEA region.
- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities, including risk assessment and mitigation.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and financial performance dashboards.
Risk Management & Compliance:
- Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies, maintaining a robust financial governance framework.
- Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, GAAAP and compliance standards.
- Proven experience in strategic financial planning and analysis.
