Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Real Estate, Building and Project Management or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry, preferably in REITs Asset Management or Building/Project Management background
• Possess adept understanding of different financial evaluation methods related to valuation and performance of real estate (such as IRRs, NPVs, WACCs, etc.)
• Self-motivated, possess good communication skills, meticulous, organized and able to work independently

Working Location: Raffles Place

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm

Salary: Up to $5,200 + AWS+ performance bonus

Responsibilities:

• Working in a team to manage daily estate works in the Town Council.
• Involve in inspection of horticultural works, upgrading building projects and building maintenance issues.
• Liaising with contractors and attending to improvement works and feedback from the customers.
• In addition, you are required participate in various meetings with the customers and assist the Property Managers in management reporting as required by the customers.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Real Estate for Business / Facilities Management for Business / Intelligent Building Technology / Green Building & Sustainability / Building Services / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• No experience needed! (Training will be provided)
• Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills

Working hours : 5.25 days work week (8.30am - 5.30pm) Alt half day Saturday
