- Arranging face to face/virtual interviews, new staff orientation & assist new incoming staff.
- Coordinate with Department HODs with regards to staff requirements and job alignment
- Preparing LOA for MDs approval, job offers.
- Coordinate all AL, UL, UPL and MC request and approvals
- Manage all work pass related matters, including new applications, renewals and cancellations.
- Arranging medical check up/screening for foreign workers
- Upkeep HR records, Application Forms, Employees 201 Files from time to time
- Address employees related matters with resolutions.
- General office management and business support
- General filling of all documents.
- Assist in generating invoices and coordinate with Logistic Department for delivery purpose.
- Ad-hoc duties when required.
