Role: Recruitment Executive
Job Scope:
- Conduct sourcing for prospective candidates through resume screening, shortlisting and evaluating via various recruitment channels.
- Manage the database of candidates and adopt good HR recruitment practice.
- Liaise with hiring managers to evaluate suitable candidates for job positions.
- Maintain and update job descriptions for job postings.
- Manage the pre-boarding process for new joiners through furnishing of application and other reference checks.
- Organising and liaising for new joiners’ welcome event.
Requirements:
- Recognized diploma or bachelor's degree
- Good communication and coordinating skills
- Adept in social media platforms to source for prospective candidates
- Prior recruitment/ talent acquisition experience will be an added advantage
- Able to start on a short notice
