Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent with 1-3 years HR Business Partners Experience

• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus

• Familiarity with Excel and an interest in learning Data Visualization Tools such as Tableau

• Eagerness to engage with unstructured data to derive insights and contribute to solving business problems

• Willingness to develop presentation skills and effectively communicate with stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) which includes Investor Capital relationship management, Investors database, and capital raising process and methodology of the Company, including but not limited to assisting client on boarding, assisting in the investors KYC/AML requirements, and regulatory clearances and relevant KYC/AML monitoring for the investors.
• Investor/client relationship management including but not limited to handing investors related queries and reporting (Client and Internal teams to resolve any client queries)
• Ensure any client impacting regulatory changes and business changes is communicated to the clients and internal stakeholders in a timely manner

• Provision, monitor and maintain the hardware and software within the network domain.
• Manage Cisco ACI environments while addressing any administrative or troubleshooting needs.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Cisco ACI architecture, including hands-on experience in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with day-to-day tasks and projects common in Data Center Operations.
• Experience with optical transport technologies such as CWDM/DWDM
• Configuration management tool experience such as Saltstack, Puppet or Anisble
• Network hardware administration
• Knowledge and exposure to Network Protocols, Topologies and Enterprise architecture
• Experience writing network configuration and design documentation
• Experience solving problems through automation
• Ability to write script for internal tools
• Experience running and improving operational processes in a rapidly changing environment
• Strong understanding of BGP and anycast routing
• Good working knowledge of Juniper Junos, Cisco IOS, Cisco NX-OS and Arista EOS
• Load balancing and reverse proxies such as Nginx, Varnish, HAProxy, Apache
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
