This is a Part-time role as a human resources manager at a hotel and restaurant in Singapore.
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, performance management, compliance, and employee relations.
This role allows for some remote work flexibility.
Working hours - 0900h to 1300h ( Monday to Friday)
Qualifications
HR Management, Recruitment, and Training skills
Experience in performance management, compliance, TADM and employee benefits
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Singapore
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience in the financial industry is a plus
Assist in Career Conversion Programme (CCP) and HR project
Assist the funding grants and Employee Benefits programmes
Handle insurance claim for work injury, GHS, etc
Support in talent development programme to support company’s retention / growth and succession planning
Payroll management - prepare, review and check.
Managing of foreign employee work pass related matters
Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee benefits & claims, leave management, training and payroll.
Maintain and update employee records with attention to detail and discretion, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with PDPA.
Oversee and ensure timely application and renewal of work passes.
Updating of work pass holder personal details to MOM eg. address, passport details etc.
Provide other ad-hoc administrative support to the HR and Admin Team as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
