Job Description

• Officer-In-Charge of the employee life cycle processes for assigned portfolio - recruitment, onboarding, orientation & training logistics and record keeping through exit interview.
• Manage full spectrum of payroll related function for assigned subsidiary (Tax clearance submission, monthly CPF submission, annual income tax submission, and other government related grant application and submission).
• Offer assistance to employees and ensure that they are kept informed throughout the implementation of HR services, policies, and programs.
• Ad-hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree Holder in HRM or any field or fresh Polytechnic or undergraduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in payroll software(s) will be an advantage but is not a must; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Possess a high level of responsibility and integrity to maintain confidentiality of all HR and payroll records.

Purpose:

Responsibilities:

• Align people strategies and policies in Business Units with the overall corporate mission and objectives.
• Act as employee champion and change agent to Business Units

• Collaborate closely with Japan HQ headcount team to ensure alignment with their direction and requirements.
• Review and communicate updates of guidelines/requirements to OpCos headcount PICs in a timely manner.
• Provide direction and advice to OpCo headcount PICs on queries; support in troubleshooting of report submission.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or relevant area of study is preferred.
• HR experience required with ideally 3 - 4 years of HR business partnering which exclude other HR experience in a corporate environment.
• Possess strong consultative skills and proven record in customer relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact with all levels of the organization.
• Possess working knowledge of local employment legislation and practices, and statutory programs.
• Proficient in MS Excel, added experience with reporting tools (i.e Power BI) will be a bonus.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of financial services including financial and management reporting, budgeting, corporate governance and fund management operations to meet the strategic and fiscal sustainability objectives.
