Job Description

• To process new and renewal licence applications within the mandated service turnaround KPIs
• To ensure that only applicants, who fulfil the relevant criteria, are considered for licences
• To approve employees of applicants, who fulfil the relevant criteria
• To liaise and work with other stakeholders and regulatory bodies
• To possess sound knowledge of SOPs, legislation and guidelines relevant to the respective licensing regimes
• To keep updated of any changes to SOPs, legislation and guidelines to ensure that no licence applications are wrongly approved or rejected.
• To manage customers’ queries and feedback.
• To scrutinise the results of the various screening records in deciding on the recommendations on whether to approve or reject the licence applications.
• To analyse the applications and documents submitted to make recommendations to the relevant supervisor to approve or reject the licence applications
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum “O” Level certificate in Singapore;
• Be physically and mentally fit;
• Possess at least two (2) years of working experience in administrative work
• Basic IT skills, including experience with operating, software applications and email management;
• Good attitude with learning disposition

The candidate shall have the following requirements:

(a) At least 2 years of working experience in:

i) Relational Databases:

- DB2

- MS SQL Server

(b) At least 4 years’ in-depth hands on application development experience in Pega PRPC and Pega frameworks

(c) Working experience in one or more of the followings:

i) Java, JavaScript, HTML/ CSS, Web Services (REST and/or SOAP).

ii) PEGA PRPC configuration, installation, external systems interface and database integration.

iii) PEGA PRPC Production BAU Support.

(d) Pega PRPC CSA/CSSA/CLSA certification will be an added advantage.

(e) Good communication and written skills.

(f) Able to work independently in gathering requirements from users, designing, implementing, maintaining application systems and project management
