- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in human resource management or other related in HR.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR jobs and minimum 2 years in HR manager’s role.

- Possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in particular English language

Responsibilities :

Human Resources

• Handles day-to-day in broad spectrum HR and Administrative functions
• Assist in the recruitment process (e.g., advertising, shortlisting, arranging & participating in interviews)
• Preparation of employment documentation (e.g., contracts, appraisals, letters)
• Manage and coordinate all training activities including enrolment, payment request, dissemination course confirmation, participant training evaluation, updating training records, etc., to assist in preparing for appraisal exercise.
• Manage all work pass matters (New applications, renewals, cancellations).
• Prepare and process payroll monthly (including checking and preparing timesheets)
• Ensures timely updates of employee P-files and records in the system
• Manage all insurance claim matters; including but not limited to liaising with employees, brokers, lawyers, and medical institutions on required treatment, claim documents, claim status ((i.e., WIC, FWMI, GHS, GPA)
• Liaise with government agencies (i.e., MOM, MOH, ESG, EDB, ICA) on office administration, personnel, and legal matters
• Constantly monitor employment regulations
• Minutes of meeting

Administration

• Assist in company events
• Manage all office upkeeping e.g., office furniture, computer equipment, and communications infrastructure
• Manage and order any office upkeeping supplies (i.e., stationery and pantry supplies)
• Data Entry, Filing, and Document Organization
• Assist in COVID-related measures

Other tasks may be assigned as necessary according to organizational needs

Requirements

• 1-year experience in HR
• Meticulous, organized, and possess an interest in administrative work

Responsibilities:

Perform Human Resource tasks, include

1) Recruitment - Interview job applicants, review applications/resume, evaluate applicants' skills and make recommendations regarding applicants' qualifications.

2) Maintain and update employee data, information and HR related documents.

3) Process monthly payroll and claims in accordance to Company's payroll processing sysle.

4) Manage employee feedback and grievances.

5) Administer and liaise with authorities for all HR related matters such as work pass application, labour surveys, worker levy matters, HR-related government grants and subsidies, employee personal taxation, student internship follow up and others.

6) Review and implement HR policies and procedures to meet Company's business goals and objectives.

7) Evaluate and arrange training for employee where necessary.

8) Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1) Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.

2) Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field, with at least min. 2 years in specialized Human Resource capacity.

3) Mature, discreet, meticulous and organised individual who is self motivated and has a positive disposition.

4) Good command of English and proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese Associates. A good communicator who has strong interpersonal and communication skills.

5) Able to thrivein a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

6) Able to work collaboratively within the team and support with ad-hoc tasks where necessary.

7) Proficient in MIcrosoft Office is a must.
