Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Employee Relations:

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues as they arise.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.

Performance Management:

• Assist with the development and implementation of performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal-setting.
• Support managers with employee performance issues and provide recommendations for improvement.

HR Policies & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Update and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legal and best practice requirements.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain employee records, process HR documentation, and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.
• Any other HR Ad hoc duties

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR role.

· Understanding of HR practices and employment laws.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Description:

• Responsible for recruitment activities such as drafting and placing job advertisements in accordance with MOM regulations, screening job applications and arranging interviews, liaise with recruitment agencies etc
• Follow up with candidates and/or new employees on relevant paperwork such as employment application forms, pre-employment check, employment contract, and other employee related letters or memos
• Prepare orientation package and conduct orientation briefing for new employees and send HR welcome email for new employees etc
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
• Process employee’s payroll according to MOM regulations.
• Facilitate the monthly submission of CPF contributions and the annual filing of IR8A forms.
• Assist in performance review and peer review process on a semiannually basis
• Assist to execute and monitor employee recognition schemes and budgeting
• Review and update employee policies and guidelines in accordance with local employment regulations and company’s procedures
