Our client, in the commodities trading industry, is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to manage the full spectrum of HR functions. The office is located in the Central with hybrid arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Handle all work visa applications and renewal
• Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding
• Administer employee benefits programs and resolve benefits-related issues or inquiries
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
• Support performance management processes
